Our Philosophy
Fleetwood Place is 100% Canadian family-owned and operated. Our sister facility is Morgan Place in South Surrey. By dealing with owner-operators with over 20 years experience in residential care, you can be sure your needs and your desires are completely catered to.
The Owner operators together with our managers believe in providing leadership by example, by working closely together in day-to-day operations. This proactive team approach allows leadership to participate at all levels, decisions are quickly made when required, enabling the organization to be more efficient and serves as a prime motivation for all staff.
We believe that our residents and staff are part of one family. We apply a resident centered approach to all aspects of care and aim to provide a safe, comfortable home-like environment that enhances quality of life.
We also strive to maintain an enjoyable working environment for all our staff whom we value as the organization’s asset.
